Century 21 Koehler & Associates listing. There was a fire in the kitchen July 2015, started by the cat turning on the stove. Minimal structural damage occurred, resulting in repairs to several roof joists and smoke damage throughout the house. The repairs were completed by Garlock Brothers Construction of Findlay from August – October 2015. To prevent any issues down the road with the home, the entire house was gutted and all framing scrubbed and sealed. All plumbing and electrical was replaced, as was the roof, siding, HVAC (including duck work, AC unit was off and not replaced, was installed in 2008). Doors and windows in the house were also replaced. New drywall, kitchen/bath fixtures were installed, and all new finishes.
